Terms and conditions

1-on-1 Coaching: 

• From 1st July 2022, you will be able to choose from 4, 8 or 12 week blocks and cover weekly sessions based on the duration of the block chosen. Each block needs to be used during the duration of the block.
  For example: If you purchase a 4 week block, you’ll need to use you 4 lessons within a 4 week period. The cost of the session depends on the chosen duration. Please click here for the full pricing: https://www.vocalizestudio.co.uk/tuition-prices
• Invoices will be issued before the first lesson of the block and must be paid no later than 72h prior to the first lesson, unless agreed otherwise.
• At the end of an arranged block of lessons, a new invoice will be issued automatically, unless you no longer wish to continue your training and notice is given before the last session of the arranged block.
• There will be no refunds for absences within blocks for any reason and missed lessons cannot be exchanged for future Vocalize Studio workshops and courses.
• Rescheduled appointments may be given if cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, but this is not guaranteed and heavily depends on availability and schedule.
• Appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours would need to be paid for.
• All rescheduled appointments are arranged at my discretion.
• If I need to cancel the session or consecutive sessions for any reason, your next lesson will be moved to the assigned lesson slot for the following week. Alternatively we can agree on having two sessions in the following week (your regular lesson and the one that we’re making up).
